Your Eating Disorder Recovery Coach
I know what it's like to feel trapped by food and your body.
For years, my life revolved around calories, control, and the endless chase for “perfection.” Every meal felt like a battle, and my worth seemed tied to a number on the scale.
And during the very worst of it, I was working in the food industry — surrounded by food every day while feeling completely disconnected from it myself. The irony wasn’t lost on me. If anything, it highlighted just how deeply mental an eating disorder is: you can work with food, talk about food, create food… and still be terrified of it.
But that experience taught me something important. It showed me how powerful recovery can be, how much healing comes from the inside out, and how possible it is to rewrite your relationship with food no matter how far gone you feel. I also know — from experience — that freedom is possible.
Recovery isn’t just about eating differently. It’s about learning to live differently — to rebuild trust with your body, to unlearn the rules that keep you stuck, and to finally feel peace around food and yourself again.

Why I do this
I became an eating disorder recovery coach because I've been where you are — and I never want anyone to feel as lost, isolated, or powerless as I once did.
Today, I help women all over the world find healing that lasts. My approach is both compassionate and practical: I'll listen deeply, but I'll also give you honest guidance, structured steps, and consistent support to help you move forward.

My Mission
My mission is to help you reconnect with your body, rediscover joy in food, and build a life that feels free — not controlled by rules, guilt, or fear.
Recovery isn't about "fixing" yourself. It's about coming home to who you've always been.
And I'm here to walk with you every step of the way.
